Greg Brock


Greg decided to launch Atlas Premier Realty after spending 7 years as a top agent on one of the highest performing local real estate teams.  He wanted to change the public’s perception of what your experience could be as a client, agent or employee of a real estate brokerage. He has a deep passion for empowering others to become the greatest versions of themselves. He also believes that happy, well rounded and fulfilled agents deliver superior service to their clients. This will in-turn allow the company to take market share, become more profitable and thus able to give MORE back to those that need it.   


In addition to his constant desire to improve his own leadership skills and knowledge, Greg is also extremely passionate about the community. He believes in a relationship based business model rather than just a transactional encounter with clients. He and Nick are on a mission to build deep, long-lasting relationships with the community and especially other small business owners.

Greg was raised in Westminster and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stevenson University. Having spent most of his life in the area, he is knowledgeable of Carroll and all the surrounding counties.  He began his career in sales 11 years ago and has been a full-time Realtor since 2007. Greg is married to his beautiful wife, Sara. They have a daughter- Palmer, and twin boys- Magnus & Donovan. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and their Italian Mastiff, Nadia. When not out assisting his customers and clients, Greg can be found participating in one of his many hobbies including weight-lifting, motorsports, and traveling.

Nick Kellar


Nick graduated from Towson University in 2002 and immediately went into the corporate world.  Deciding that there was more to himself and the footprint he’d like to leave on this Earth, he went into real estate where he had the fortunate opportunity to work with people to make some of the biggest decisions in his life.  Nick has proudly served in this industry for 15 years, having experienced a full generational real estate cycle crammed into the last decade.  This industry has humbly helped him: become a better leader, work with others with empathy, act with integrity, understand the importance of a high degree of communication, be accountable, persevere, stay solution based, and overall more purposeful in my actions.  All values and beliefs that have helped him professionally AND personally.  Nick believes this business is relationship based and that his role as advisors/consultants is to support you, our client, with the best information, perspectives, and expectations so YOU can make the best decisions.  

Nick’s vision for Atlas Premier Realty and our Atlas Family is for our relationships to grow beyond just a real estate transaction.  He has become extremely passionate about pouring into others to help them become more self-aware and better leaders themselves in an effort to have a more purposeful relationship.  “When we create more purposeful relationships our community becomes stronger and we can, in turn, create more opportunity together.”  

While Nick is from the great state of MD, he grew up much of my life as a military child, moving all over the United States and even Europe.  However, when his family set their roots in Hampstead, MD back in 1993, he knew this place was special and, for the first time in his life, home.  Nick loves everything about this area from the historic Main Street communities to beautiful rolling hills & farmland to the scenic MD mountains. Other than a small stint living in college, he hasn’t left since.  Nick has lived in Westminster with his wife, Julie and their 2 little girls, Avery and Delaney, along with their 2 Golden Retrievers Oliver, and Tucker since 2004.  

Sam Thomsen

Operations Manager

Sam joined Atlas in 2016 as the Operations Manager tasked with managing daily operations, and continuing to improve our systems and leverage in order to provide the highest level of service to our clients and community. During his time here he has been constantly striving to exceed the expectations and “challenge the status quo” as to how people view a real estate company.

“My decision to join Atlas heavily rested on the clear vision and purpose of the company, and the passion and drive in which everyone here works to pursue it. This company is so much more than a real estate company, it’s a business of helping people and real estate is just the vehicle that enables us the opportunity to impact so many lives in a positive manner.” – Sam Thomsen.

Sam graduated from Stevenson University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He was an NCAA scholar-athlete and member of the University’s Men’s Soccer team during his time at Stevenson. Prior to joining Atlas, Sam spent several years working as the Marketing Specialist and Agent Services trainer for what was at the time the most successful real estate company in the Baltimore Metro area. He then went on to spend time working as a government contractor with the United States Army within their PEO-C3T Military Technical (MilTech) Solutions unit as a project manager and software developer.

While not in the office or out in the field, Sam enjoys playing in numerous soccer leagues, working on projects around his home, and spending as much time as possible with his family and friends. He currently resides in Towson with his fiancé Charlotte and their three-year-old black lab, Camden.

Ricky Amend

Investment Specialist/Realtor

Ricky Amend is a licensed Realtor specializing in real estate investment properties. He is constantly searching for potential investment properties to match Atlas’ investors search criteria. Using a socially connected approach to real estate, Ricky expects his client portfolio to expand by excelling at meeting all their investment goals. Having money working for you has always intrigued him and gave him his passion to help people create income-producing investments.

Ricky is young, single and driven, which gives him an advantage in the fast-paced real estate investment market. His career goals are in line with his personal goals of becoming a real estate investor. When Ricky isn’t searching for investment opportunities, he is looking for adventure. From boating to building cars, riding a dirt bike or flying a jetpack, Ricky is set out to have fun, no exceptions. He also is part owner of a water-powered jetpack company that started in Ocean City, MD and has expanded to multiple locations in Southern Florida.

Ryan Wilkerson

Lead Listing Agent

As a member of the real estate industry for the past six years, Ryan has cultivated and built a business through servicing Sellers, Buyers, Builders and developers with a primary focus on the Listing side of the business. He prides himself on being an avid communicator who has an innate ability to understand his client’s needs. Extensive knowledge of the industry, ability to analyze market conditions on both micro and macro levels along with progressive marketing tactics have propelled Ryan to deliver phenomenal results for his clients.

As a graduate of Roanoke College and former collegiate Lacrosse player, Ryan graduated Cum Laude with a degree in English. He started his career working on the Fixed Income Sales and trading desk for Morgan Stanley before transitioning to New Home Sales with NVR Inc one of the top homebuilders in the nation. Having sold over $50 Million in New Home Sales throughout Maryland and Southern PA he was awarded the Home Builders Association of Maryland Rookie of the Year in 2012 and was nominated for Overall Sales Person of the Year in 2013. Ryan currently resides in Hampstead MD with his Wife Laura, Son Warner and bird dogs Rooney and River.

Calley R. Schwaber, Esq.

Lead Buyer Specialist/Attorney

Graduating from West Virginia University in 1998 with a Bachelors in Social Work and thereafter attaining her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Calley began her career in 2001 as a criminal prosecutor in Baltimore City and then made the transition to defense work.  Her passion has always been criminal law, but mostly her ambition has been driven by an innate desire to make a difference in the lives of her clients, advocating for their best interests while acting as a liaison between them and the resources in their communities that can help them live better lives.     

When Calley decided to join Atlas Premier Realty’s Team in 2016, making an industry leap to Real Estate, she knew that she wanted to be part of something that had a tremendous amount of growth potential.  While she could see the possibilities and opportunities that Atlas had to offer, she found that the brokerage’s mission to exceed its client’s expectations, was really what grabbed her attention and enticed her to join the team.  She wanted to be confident that she would be able to continue to make a difference for her clients.

Andrew Kutcher

Marketing Specialist

Andrew became a member of the Atlas team in 2017 and made an immediate impact through the use of his creative skills to help visually tell the story of our company. Prior to working with Atlas, Andrew freelanced as a photographer/cameraman, video producer and artist working on everything from movie sets to painting murals.  Though art is one of his many passions, Andrew is a devoted father to his son, an avid motorcycle enthusiast and nature junkie.

Andrew graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Film where he gained experience and expertise in all aspects of video production. Formally trained and practiced in 2 & 3D art, Graphic design, and Photography, he is a well-rounded multimedia artist capable of producing creative and original visuals in any format.

Dedicated to the mission of this company and the community he’s a part of, Andrew is here to help draw exposure to the Atlas Premier Realty’s brand and mission.

Amanda Newman

Transaction Coordinator

Growing up in Carroll County, Amanda knew that she wanted to be part of a local business. Before working at Atlas Premier Realty, she worked with the Carroll County Sheriff’s Dept as a Records Unit Clerk in the Domestic Violence Unit. “When deciding to join Atlas Premier Realty, I was beyond excited to join a team with such strong family values and dedication to the community.  And since joining the Atlas team in October of 2017, I can already see that the company has a relationship with its clients that far exceeds the standard.” – Amanda.

As Transaction Coordinator, Amanda plays an integral part of Atlas’ high level of customer service by providing in-depth support for our buyers clients and agents. She’s able to focus her full attention on providing clients a hassle-free, pleasant buying experience.

Jacob Heiland

Buyers Agent

Jacob was raised in Biglerville, Pennsylvania and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stevenson University in 2017. Jacob spent four years at Stevenson as a member of the football team and enjoyed making a lot of friends while helping the Mustangs win their first conference championship.

While finishing his college career at Stevenson, Jacob also worked at Eddie Bauer in Gettysburg as an assistant manager. This is where Jacob really started to see his desire to help people. Working with numerous people every day, Jacob enjoyed being social while getting to know people through their unique lives and stories.

Jacob was undecided about what he wanted to do after college but came across Atlas Premier Realty when searching. Once Jacob met the Atlas Premier Realty team, he loved the team’s compassion and hard work. Jacob knew it was the perfect fit.

Being new to the industry is a tough task, but Jacob is no stranger to hard work. Jacob is very confident that his drive and the support of his team members, he will learn quickly. Jacob looks forward to helping his clients buy or sell their dream home.

When not in the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working out, and playing sports.  Jacob is committed to helping his clients and available to assist their needs at any time. 


Lindsey Decker

Inside Service and Sales Agent

Lindsey joined the Atlas Premier Realty team in April 2018. As an Inside Sales and Service Agent, Lindsey plays an integral role as part of Atlas’ high level of customer service by providing in-depth support for buyer clients and selling clients through the whole process. She ensures our clients have a real estate transaction that is a cut above the rest! Focusing on the people and what their personal home goals are as well as ensuring they are met by our agents.

Prior to joining the Atlas team, Lindsey spent 10 years with the Outback Steakhouse branch of Blooming Brands, most recently the Managing Partner of the Hunt Valley, MD location. There she was able to develop training initiatives at a locational and regional level. She has a passion for a supportive teamwork oriented environment. Her location was able to support events hosted by local charities such as Horizon Day Camp who helps open the the world of fun to children with cancer,  and the “Annual Shop with a Cop” hosted by the Baltimore County Police Department and making the Holiday season bright for underprivileged children and their families.

A Westminster local, born and raised. She has always had a passion for the local community.  In 2007 Lindsey held the title of Miss Teen Carroll County, engaging in volunteering efforts throughout the community. She also participated in over 100 hours of community service being a tour guide at the Carroll County Farm Museum before graduation from Winters Mill High School Class of 2007.
